The final phase of a project is production. “Production Support” can include many things like preparing assembly drawings and instructions, designing and developing test jigs, test procedures, troubleshooting procedures, rework instructions, user manuals, product evaluations, etc. “Production Support” can also include ways to minimize assembly errors and optimize the assembly process.
